IAH User Interface - Navigation Overview
The IAH side menu provides access to the main areas:
- Asset list — view and manage all onboarded assets.
- Inbox — search and manage discovered assets.
- Jobs — monitor Discovery and Remote connection jobs.
- Schedules — view and manage discovery schedules.
- Gateway configuration — view and manage all Asset Gateways.
- Access Management — manage all IAH users and Access groups (Administrator only).
The top bar contains:
- Settings — toggle between light and dark themes or Reset list settings.
- Help — access the user documentation and About & legal information.
- User menu — displays the currently logged-in user's email address and roles in the default Access group.
Reset list settings
Reset the settings of the Asset list and the Inbox to their default values on the Settings page. This resets the column order, applied filters, and sorting.
Asset data validation
The asset data in the inventory must comply with the IAH Asset schema to display correctly in the user interface.
If the inventory contains invalid asset data, a banner with a corresponding warning appears above the respective list.
Click the Details button to access an overview of the invalid asset data, grouped by asset ID. This overview includes
- A detailed list of validation errors
- The raw data of each invalid asset
Use these details to identify and resolve the issues more efficiently.
To fix the error, check the data of the affected asset for violations of the IAH Asset schema. Use the Inventory API to correct the data, or perform a re-scan using the corresponding Asset link.
